Custom Orders

All R9 Audio coolers are custom-built to order. Because each unit is built by hand with specific configurations (speakers, amplifiers, batteries, colors, and branding), all sales are final once production has begun.

Please double-check your order details before submitting. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at support@R9Audio.com.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping

  • The product is defective or not functioning properly upon arrival

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos or video of the issue

  3. Do not attempt to modify or repair the product yourself

All returned products must be sent back in original condition and packaging.

Warranty

Every R9 Audio cooler includes a 30-day limited warranty covering:

  • Audio system defects (amplifier, wiring, or speaker issues)

  • Battery or power-related malfunctions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear, scratches, or dents from use

  • Water damage beyond normal exposure (e.g., submersion)

  • Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications

Shipping Damages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately. Please save all packaging and materials, as they may be required for a shipping claim.
